Columbia County Rural Library District Board of Trustees announce a special meeting to be held July 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the Delany Room of the Dayton Memorial Library for the specific purpose of discussing a proposed technology protection measure and Internet Safety Policy for the Columbia County Rural Library District in order to become CIPA compliant.
