Columbia County Rural Library District Board of Trustees is holding a public hearing to discuss the County Library District’s 2012 budget at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday, November 21, 2011 in the Delany Room of the Dayton Memorial Library, 111 S. 3rd Street, Dayton at 7 p.m.
